“Holyrood’s Justice committee stepped up the pressure on the SPFL by calling on the information to be published and urging “transparency”.

From the Herald today. I suppose in the wake of the trouble around recent marches our Government probably thought something should be done. It will be interesting to see if the SPFL allow the government to publish.

I had a read through today’s JJ blog on your prompting. It’s familiar territory for JJ and I would agree with you that he’s wading into deep water with the number of actors he cites by name. There is a digital book out shortly so today’s offering may be a teaser and there might be more lurid material available at a price.

Following on from my earlier post. This might answer Michael Stewart’s question.

Oh and I do remember reading the Solzhenitsyn books at school. Ivan Denisovich was a fraction of the length of Cancer Ward, which I found quite depressing.

What is it about Lithuanian banks? Fraud seems de rigeur. Compare and contrast how Dave King was treated by the court in SA as opposed to Mr Antonov in Lithuania. A corrective  labour colony sounds pretty harsh. There’s probably a few of those facilities left over from the Soviet era. That’s quite the deterrence.

I presume Mr Antonov carried out due diligence into RFC and didn’t like what was uncovered although RFC might have dodged a bullet too.

Interesting wee thread here. I don’t remember there being any chat of Russian money being sought but tbf there’s an awful lot of stuff out there.
