Its not really guidance notes ExL, its whats going to happen post the Supreme Court ruling.

HMRC won the appeal to the Court of Session.

Rangers appealed that ruling to the Supreme Court. They lost and HMRC won.

There is no further appeal, all disguised remuneration is taxable thanks to Rangers.

That is what the whole thing was about. HMRC won the two cases that mattered.

No further appeal and yet no action taken by SFA.  No punishment nothing.

People say cheats never win well it looks like they did.

How do all clubs and supporters really feel about this?  No outcry from the smsm, nothing.

We all know that the tax man is looking at retrieving tax owed from ex-players (smsm actually reported this, at a low level I may add). So why no action further response from the SFA?

Over 50 players registered illegally, fact.  What other countries footballing authorities would do nothing to the club that cheated. Only in Scotland.

Shocking your view that NL can bring it on himself. Shocking.

NL since he came to Scotland has suffered nothing but anti catholic racism which actually threatened his and his families lives. Not sectarianism, racism is what it is. Scotland allowed a club to have a non catholic signing policy for nearly 100 YEARS.  Just let that sink in. Name another country were this would be tolerated. Anti catholic racism exists in our country and needs to be addressed. NL is a football manager and should not be treated this  way.  Maybe this blog is not the place to mention this but it affects our game.  If you think this racism does not exist then say so.

    Dear Mr Bankier
    Thanks John.

The old club cheated, we all know this. The SFA are not fir for purpose as they like us know they cheated but could have done somthing about it. They to this day have not addressed this for reasons we can guess at. Old club now still in liquidation and SFA would have us believe they are same club. Celtic may have to lead the way for sporting integrity to take place but the smsm will condemn Celtic, fact. All clubs must play thier part, if not then it is in the eyes of SFA and smsm a west coast blah blah blah.

    JPP: Perverting Justice?
On Bbcsportsound last night the issue of the linesman injury came up. No one stated the object was thrown from the supporters of the Ibrox club, it was a spectator. Really? Then Mr Commons went on to say Mr Gerrard would be very unhappy about this incident. He also added  Mr Gerrard was a man of the utmost integrity as he was known to shake the hands of all the opposing team win lose or draw. ffs really? I watched a little clip of end of this match and witnessed a couple of Ibrox team not shaking hands with Livvy players and I certainly did not see Mr Dignity shake hands with all Livvy players.   Also on semi final fiasco how did all the media state that Hearts v Celtic game was to be moved?  Based on what?

Apparently SFA wanted final to kick off at Midnight on same day as semi finals.

I remember a past interview on bbc sportsound with Jimmy Calderwood and he stated that the chairman of RFC not ( In Liquidation at the time ) Mr Murray was instrumental in the process of him getting the managers position at Dunfermilne.  Mr Calderwood went on to say that it was intended to be a stepping stone to acquiring the future managers position at RFC.  To this day I do not think this interview got the in depth coverage it should have.

Our smsm at its best. When FTT verdict went against HMRC there were at least 2 debates on STV and BBC 2 on this verdict. On one I think STV we had  Chris Graham actually stating that the whole of Scottish Football owes RFCIL and its fans an apology. Now Supreme Court's verdict last July overturned the FTT and the UTT in favour of HMRC. I must have missed the television channels new debate on this issue. Silence is golden they say, well I say silence is Blue.
