Rangers Football Club, although the final sum is yet to …

Comment on Look Back to Look Forward by Corrupt official.

Rangers Football Club, although the final sum is yet to be decided upon, owe creditors, including HMRC, many tens of millions of pounds.
Sevco Scotland however, who later changed their name to The Rangers Football Club six days after they played Brechin in the Ramsden cup, do not.
It’s a subtle wee thing involving two rabbits and one hat that a six year old child could see through.  To think that at one time we, as a nation could boast of some of the finest minds and inventors the world has ever known.
I think we should stop worrying about our backward trend in coefficients, and start worrying about the depletion of our population’s brain cells.

Welcome MB and well done. Those who were previously a silent majority could prove pivotal in cleansing our game. If everyone takes their first tentative steps in registering their displeasure, they will soon get the message.

Sadly, I never even offered VC a cuppa.
Having said that, he did not arrive bearing Jaffa cakes
   Dems da rules.
“No cuppa” was merely a consequence of his own actions. I am sure VC is aware of this and does not feel victimised in any way. 21

To Comply or not to Comply ?

Highlander, apologies as I didn’t see your question.
Genuinely and honestly, I believe I would be 100% consistent.
Fortunately Lawman, Scotland can be proud that the Rangers(I.L.) / Sevco route, was not a path Celtic fans, Fergus (UPTHEHOOPS JUNE 10, 2018 at 13:04), nor indeed our fellow Scottish fitba’ fans were prepared to follow. (No to newco).
The situation 100% never arose because morals were involved.

To Comply or not to Comply ?
As I stated earlier, when the games governing bodies, representing 42 clubs, have a secret agreement involving themselves, Duff & Phelps(on behalf of Rangers I.L.) and Sevco Scotland, to the exclusion of all other clubs, the possibility of conflict of all sorts of interests exists.
It is a parcel o rogues.

To Comply or not to Comply ?
“Im saying that in order for the SPL to have signed that agreement then the member clubs, who are the SPL, would need to have agreed to it.  So YES, Celtic, Aberdeen, Dundee United etc etc all knew what they were voting on when they agreed in favour of the 5WA”
I don’t recall that the 5-WA was ever voted upon. …. Perhaps you are referring to the vote when the SFL agreed that Sevco Scotland, trading as TRFC could join the league system, AFTER failing to gain approval from the SPL?.
Clearly if you are conflating the two, the SPL did not have a mandate to sign.
Can you confirm that the clubs voted to accept the 5-way agreement?

“The other clubs had to agree to the 5WA.  The SPL couldnt sign it without the support of the member clubs.  So they have clearly agreed to it, having considered their interests as per their own rules.
Same with The Scottish Football League.  Members had to agree to it.”
Are you saying that the secret 5-way agreement is not a secret, and all SPL & SFL clubs were/are fully cognisant with its contents?.

To Comply or not to Comply ?
The Scottish Fitba Association entered into a secret agreement with one/two member clubs.  And there are people on here talking about disclosure of a “possible” conflict of interest, when this monstrosity has been created to facilitate the interests of one club, above the interests of other clubs.
    Gie’s peace. !
