Interesting analysis by JJ on the feasibility of a Morelos Transfer to the EPL:

Fair play: JJ can indeed produce decent articles.

Every Bampot should read it: valuable insights to the whole 'player's work permit' process.

The SPFL's annual report to 31 May 2019 has just been published by Companies House…

Can't say I took much notice at the time of the appointment,

but how prescient that the TRFC MD – Stewart Robertson – was made an SPFL Ltd. Director, as recently as July 22nd. this year?

    In Whose Interests
Forget about the dwindling support for the Scotland team…

it looks like the players don't want to be involved either.

    And who can blame them?

    In Whose Interests
I've heard from an impeccable source that VAR will indeed be used for the League Cup Final next month.

A select team of SPL refs will man the VAR monitors to provide objective feedback into the match ref's earpiece.

However, as it's too short notice, Hampden can't provide a dedicated room with the necessary kit.

The SPFL has instead identified an alternative space, relatively near to Hampden.

The Louden Tavern has thanked the SPFL for choosing their bar to host Scotland's first VAR room – and has confirmed that all SPL referees will receive their pints free of charge.

Just hope it's an entertaining cup final today – and that the referee has a good game as well – and that the best team wins.

It could – and should – be a positive advert for Scottish football.

Interesting – and a bit concerning – article about Amazon's growth for world domination now encroaching on footy.

The final sentence is 'bang on the money'.

That naughty Craig Whyte has been at it again, to promote his book.

I'm a bit slow off the mark.

The TRFC 'lawyer' whose honesty was queried in Court, is called Blair.

The clue could be in the name. indecision

Wonder if he could be related to that other well known liar – and [alleged] war criminal?

Giovanni, I did try – but at 106 pages long, my wee tablet just automatically closed it down in protest!

But what I managed to see was that is was a "Re-Amended Defence…"

I'm at a loss to explain / understand how a re-amendment – and counterclaim – can be lodged BEFORE the actual 'quantum' of the damages due has been confirmed in Court.

On the face of it, it looks like RIFC is seeking to create further delays – even before the Court has completed the next stage in the process.

As such, it doesn't seem to be raised by RIFC in good faith, IMO.

    I rest my case m'lud.

    I'll get my wig…  enlightened
