    To prove the point I have just issued myself 10 thumbs up in under 5 minutes (I will stop now)

    I don't see any comment on how having a permit to play in the SPL is transferable to play in the EPL as far as I am aware the EPL has its own requirements and Morelos doesn't meet them .

    @Ballyargus

    I think it would probably be more trouble than it's worth and in general I don't think it's an issue it was only on a relatively few posts that I was questioning what was going on and could be down to one individual with nothing better to do . I was merely bringing the ability to manipulate to peoples attention so they didn't take a flurry of thumbs down personally.

    In Whose Interests
    "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole worldbut loses his soul?"  something Peter Lawell should reflect on . The soul of any club is its fanbase and sporting integrity is the quality test of its achievements . Without a Rangers* there may well be a drop in attendances at Celtic Park but to deliberately sacrifice sporting integrity to accommodate a rival who happily cheats will lead to a total boycott and rightly so . Sometimes you just can't have your cake and eat it. Sometimes hard choices have to be made and doing the right thing is in the long term more important than doing what is more profitable in the short term. As for the thumbs down -thumbs up , it is if one wants to manipulate a relatively easy thing to do and give the impression of support or disdain for any particular post and I have noticed recently on one or two specific posts an irregular pattern so take the thumbs with a pinch of salt , a comment for or against carries more weight.

    Yes the "bidding war" would be about the wage package offered to the player , the club have no say or control over who signs who once the release clause offer has been met.

    There are a couple of issues regards any impending transfer of Mr Morelos  , one is the work permit issue that we are aware of the other is the release clause in his contract that if any club interested in him meets they will be free to offer him terms . I am led to believe the figure is around 5m . This was negotiated at his last contract increase when the fantasy figures were closer to 10m than 50m and the bad boy image was still very relevant.The fancy figures being bandied about are not in the hope that a club will make a silly offer but are intended to attract potential investors to participate in the share issue/buy out King or just get involved financially with the club with the belief that the squad is a treasure trove of riches that could easily offset any outstanding bills.It is also designed to calm any nervy creditors from demanding payment. Any club interested will have a quiet word with the agent to gauge potential interest , if there is a release clause and what potential package he is looking for. The agent knows that by minimising the offer to the release clause means more is left for the wage negotiations . It has already been slipped out by his agent that the price isn't that high and clubs should move quickly . The reason for that is he hopes to start a bidding war for his player . Minty was a master at the smoke and mirrors , King really isn't any different.

    Are you suggesting King will move the shares then call an admin then vote against a cva in order to get his money back from the sale of the stadium ? I certainly wouldn't put it past him but where on the creditors list would he be? I would also question whether this would be allowed without him passing a f+pp , even relinquishing his seat on the board does not remove his influence when he has 25.6% of the shares .

    The usual gobbledeygook John , I can only think King is laying the framework to say the holding company is irrelevant because he knows there's a good chance it won't exist much longer . I think we are headed back to a world of Kitkat analogies and incubators. Of course if HMRC hadn't miscalculated their tax demand then the original company would still exist and Dave wouldn't have had to ride in to save the day from unscrupulous men and spend fortunes in court and and and ….. he deserves a statue …. apparently.
