    Re. Club 1872 and their undying loyalty/gullibillity??

    Last weekend I was in the company of a Sevco ST holder, by no means an idiot, Uni Degree and is employed in Financial Services.

    The conversation turned to TRFC accounts and while he appreciated they were worrying, his next statement was "We'll, (Club 1872) soon get it sorted out. We have now got 46% of the shares and with another half million purchase due, we're getting close to being the majority share-holder"

    Almost couped my pint! and soon corrected him the holding was nearer 6% and in decline due to ongoing debt for equity swaps.

    At first he thought I was joking and I told him to check companies house for verification. he sheepishly bowed to my "superior" knowledge of the reality.

    My point is, if the majority of The Rangers fans and small-time shareholders, are only willing to believe what they want to believe, or what puff pieces they read in the Sevco-friendly media, is it any wonder they get constantly fleeced by charlatan after charlatan?

    He's normally a nice guy, (don't know what he turns into on match days though???) and I have a bit of sympathy for him and his like. But, then part of me thinks "they" deserve whatever comes their way for refusing to heed warnings from outsiders/haters…

    Keep at them JC!

    The FCA have recently been rapped across the knuckles for "box-ticking" rather than sorting out errors on their register, (despite having been highlighted), enabling fraudulent firms to clone other firms who have ceased trading;

    In their (FCA) eyes they can do no wrong, so getting them to investigate if they have been less than diligent at the RIFC, IPO is like asking the SFA to investigate themselves! Nothing to see here, move along…

    In Whose Interests
    Wee refresher required here. Could one of our "insolvency experts" help?

    What is the difference between a Pre-Pack Admin and ordinary Admin?

    I assumed the only real difference was an alternative (new) owner was already signed up, rather than the Administrators looking for best offers.

    Surely, in either scenario, the need for creditor agreement remains?

    Or does the Pre-Pack not require a CVA? If so, it appears to be ridiculously unfair on creditors.

    Personally, I think The Rangers will be allowed/supported to limp on until the end of the season with stopping the nine their "all-in" bet. If successful, some kind of Admin could follow next season, or close season, to reset the finances. We know all but the "internet bampots" will help them achieve their goals, no matter how morally bankrupt they be.

    Will still involve many challenges and battles this season however….

    Re. Above "holding statement" from (FCA?)

    I'm sure this will be followed by;

    Having checked into this issue, consulting with relevant authorities, (SFA, SPFL, RIFC, ASA, SMSM, ECA, UEFA, NOAL and the big guy who says "the big hoose must stay open"), we can assure you this is the same Gers as the auld Gers and the company was floated via an accurate prospectus. Nothing to see here….now move along

    Or words to that effect!

    What is it about the BBC reports that they translate racism to sectarianism? Surely accurate reporting should trump pandering to the blue hordes??? Wait a minute! completely forgot, it's what they consistently do.

    In another article, "respected" administrator Bryan Jackson comes up with this gem;

    "Because of the problems of the past, Scotland seems to have accepted 'this is the money we get, this is our budget, we just need to work within it'. There's no rainbow with a pot of gold at the end of it."

    Come on Mr Jackson, you especially must know full well at least one club is not "working within its budget". Or is Mr Jackson another ludge member with a blind eye turned to all things Ibrox?

    “And in scotland, rangers went into administration and liquidation in 2012 with the club's assets being bought by a separate company – sevco scotland ltd – which changed its name to the rangers football club limited.

    the team plays in the scottish premiership but even today some fans consider the old rangers fc to be gone forever.”

    That was certainly the case on Sunday when thousands of St Mirren fans started belting out "You're not Rangers anymore"

    Should be the welcome ditty at all away grounds, highlighting to all concerned, it's not just internet bampots who acknowledge the truth. Rather, thousands and thousands of fans from all clubs the length and breadth of the country.

    Shout it from the terraces loud and proud and shame the SFA/SPFL/MSM for their corruption of the truth and desertion of integrity.

    The last line could be better worded;

    "the team now plays in the scottish premiership but even today, despite the concerted lies of a corrupt cabal of governing bodies and media, many fans prefer the truth, the old rangers fc are gone forever.”

    So Ladbrokes are not renewing sponsorship of SPFL.

    According to Chief Liar Doncaster;

    "Given the growth of Scottish football over the past four years, we're in great shape to attract significant interest from new sponsors, both nationally and internationally."

    Or, more accurately;

    Given the now obvious levels of corruption in Scottish Football, Ladbrokes have "walked away", potentially leaving us without a sponsor AGAIN!

    Please can some business with spare money and little moral compass help us continue on our road to the bottom.

    How this odious man is still employed in Scottish Football is beyond me. I get that he invented and continues to  propagate the big lie under the direction of our club's business owners, but he appears to be useless as a commercial man.

    '.The smsm, including Traynor actually did tell the truth at the time.'

    And how he ever blagged his way into Ibrox as a PR person after that truth-telling report is one of the great mysteries of the universe.

    One would have thought that his name would have been forever accursed!

    Ah yes JC, but he was not the brave sole defender of truth, sticking his head above the parapet. Many of the MSM were correctly reporting the facts, giving him "safety in numbers".

    That Traynor was perhaps sharp enough to realise the bleak future in sports journalism, (ha!), jumping ship to the PR world, where he adopted the complete u-turn from fact to lies, merely to continue to line his pockets, tells us all we need to know about his character.

    From his lead, using verbal gymnastics and subsequent bullying, the remainder soon followed down Blatant Lie Alley, to where we are now. That the keyboard guardians of truth, (like yersel!), continue to remain on the path of facts, is a credit to their/your character.

    There have been reams and reams of SMSM coverage of TRFC financial woes in Court in the last week.

    There has been even more chatter right across social media about the latest, embarrassing Ibrox shambles.

    Yet, not a peep from our leaders in Scottish football.

    Nothing from the SFA.

    Nothing from the SPFL.

    Nothing from club leaders, ( although TRFC did 'reassure' their fans that it's not as bad as it seems… ).

    And I presume that the SFA CEO is simply banned from engaging with the SMSM – to express his views and display some leadership ?

    [Rhetorical question.]

    Or, has Petrie locked Maxwell away in the Hampden bunker?

    Now we have Sevco scoring their first goal of the season, celebrated by thousands singing "The Billy Boys". Add to that a pitch invasion, stadium damage and players cavorting with fans on and off the pitch, (including one stopping for a "selfie" with a fan). Thereafter more renditions of the banned song.

    Still nothing from the beaks at Hampden. Must still be away on their Summer hols Stevie BC.

    By the way, has anyone broke the news to Steeeeeevie Geeee! They've only one point in the 86 min league this season!
