I think what might be happening the latest wheeling and dealing at Sevco is that Morelos and Tavernier are for the off (at a profit) – to be replaced by players arguably not as good as them.

That's the best I can think of because, like you, I think "where is the money coming from"? (FFP my ****!)

But – who knows what DCK is thinking? Whatever he's doing, could blow up by Christmas.

Finally, if Celtic achieve 9 in a row, the 'gemme's a bogey' down Govan way.

    Bad Money?
By Gerrard's logic, SEVCO already 2 points behind Celtic!

    Bad Money?
Fancy a laugh in amongst all the fake news, lazy journalism etc? Then here's a belter from The Herald online:-

"Celtic captain Tommy Smith is on the verge of signing for Stoke".

Surely Guinness Book of Record stuff. Signs (without anybody reporting/knowing about it – apart from The Herald – is immediately promoted to captain, and then transferred on).

I feel that Nov/Dec (in which Sevco have, on paper, a much tougher fixture list that Celtic) could be a crucial month.

Should Sevco fail to win the league Cup and are , say, 6 points behind Celtic by the year's end, then the picture becomes much darker for them, and Morelos, despite Gerrard's protests to the contrary, could well be on his way.

Minor points – Sevco's next three games in Europa League are:-

Porto (H); Feyoonord (bound to have the Advocaat bounce(?) (A); and Young Boys (H) – and I'm not so sure they will qualify – but then, maybe that's my paranoia!

Out of 15 'expert' reporters/writers from Daily Record, Herald and Evening Times, only 2 (who let them in?) predicted a Celtic victory.

A classic example of how Operation Stop 9 (and then 10) in a row is in full swing in the media (plenty of honest mistakes to come over the season), this is both childish and desperate from SMSM, who somehow delusionally believe they can help bring this about!

…and, of course, the SMSM will be all over this at the Sevco v Celtic match next weekend!

Another interesting snippet regarding the offence was that "Police Scotland have confirmed 3 arrests were made on the night of the St Joseph's game – but none for sectarian singing" Quelle surpris!

I have no problem accepting today's defeat by Sevco, but what happened to 'Red Card, Red Card Ross' at the Flanagan incident? Suddenly struck dumb?

What was more worrying to me was the fact that my team (Champions) has failed to scored before the 40th minute in 7 of the last 9 League games. Too much 'tippy tappy' from the back?

    Hurry back Griff!
